After moving on from running and operating the Dolce VT foodtruck, Chef-Owner Stefano Cicirello partnered with his sister Susie Ely in the move to a brick and mortar restaurant. Restaurant Poco is a globally inspired shared plate restaurant and bar in Burlington Vermont, offering selectively sourced ingredients, unique & delicious cocktails along with beer & wine.
Menus
Our menu changes regularly so we do not have it listed on our website. We offer a selection of meat, vegetarian and gluten free options. Some favorite dishes that are often on the menu are Grilled Carrots, Pork Belly, Scallops & Linguine, Thai Basil Chicken and Halloumi. The menu is set up for guests to order several shareable plates for one table instead of ordering individual meals. We also have dessert specials and espresso to enjoy.

No Reservations. First come, First served.
How does this work? When you arrive we will seat all tables and bar until full. Once we are full we have a waitlist for the next seating. A seating usually ranges from one hour to an hour and a half. This will vary based on table size. The time given is an estimate, not a reservation. What this means is that when you return at the given time, we hope to be able to seat you right away, however you may still have to wait a little longer. We are happy to get you started with a cocktail while you wait. Everyone in your party needs to be present to be seated. If you have questions, the best way to reach us is by email.
What is your largest table? Our largest table can seat a party of 10 people.
Do you have outdoor seating? Yes. We have an outdoor patio area.
Do you have a children’s menu? No
Do you have vegan options? Not really, sometimes we can adapt particular dishes.
Do you welcome dogs? Yes, on the patio.
